On September 5, China 22MCC Group Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 22MCC Group) won the bid for the steel structure project of plants in New Zealand.
The project consisting of two plants is located in Auckland of New Zealand. Plant Q1547 is 84 meters long, 44 meters wide and 9 meters high, and Plant Q1604 is 70 meters long, 45 meters wide and 8 meters high. The two of steel-frame structures are light steel plants, which are mainly applied to commercial land development (shopping centers, storage centers and apartment hotels) and the production and sale of precast cement slabs. The project is another example of cooperation between 22MCC Group and an international employer. 22MCC Group undertakes the detailed design and fabrication of all the steel structures of the plants at the industrial park, including steel columns, steel girders, roof structures, walls and purlins.
The design and construction of the SPANIT steel structure houses in New Zealand are undertaken by a large local real estate developer that offers one-stop services ranging from design to construction and is mainly engaged in the businesses of warehouses, office buildings, large shopping complexes and apartment buildings.
