China ENFI Signs Contracts for Two Sewage Treatment Plant Projects in Anlu City of Hubei Province

  On August 17th, China ENFI was invited to attend the Investment Association of Central SOEs’ Third Summer State-owned Enterprise Investment & Development Forum and State-owned Enterprise Local Xiaogan Hubei Enterprise Investment Promotion Meeting. It was jointly hosted by the Hubei Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission and Investment Association of Central SOEs, and themed “Promotion of Green Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt”. During the meeting, China ENFI signed cooperation agreements for two projects: the Anlu Economic Development Zone Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant Engineering PPP Project and Anlu Township Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant Engineering PPP Project.

  The Anlu Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant Engineering Project and its supporting pipe network adopt the PPP construction mode. Its engineering design and construction will be general contracted by China ENFI Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The construction contents include an industrial sewage treatment plant and supporting pipe network. The project has a total investment amount of about RMB 293 million. The Anlu Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant will adopt an improved A2O process requiring the installation of a primary settling tank, regulating reservoir, biochemical pool, secondary sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification pool and another 14 buildings (structures). The designed daily wastewater treatment capacity will be 15,000 m3 in Phase I and 30,000 m3 in Phase II.

  Anlu Township has 12 newly established and operating sewage treatment plants with a combined processing capacity of 7,000 t/d, as well as 281.9 km of sewage pipe network requiring construction and operation maintenance. The Anlu Township Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant Engineering PPP Project comprises the infrastructure, equipment procurement and installation of 10 sewage treatment plants with a 500 t/d capacity and 2 plants with a 1,000 t/d capacity. The plants will adopt the A2O biological treatment process and the discharged water quality will meet the Grade A standard outlined in the Discharge Standard for Pollutants at Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002).
