On May 23th, the MCC3 Group’s Fourth Branch Company signed a contract with Changsha Evergrande Children’s World Tourism Development Co., Ltd. for the rotary excavation cast-in-place pile works of the Changsha Evergrande Phase I Residence Plot No. 1 and 2 (Section 1) Project.
This project is located on Dawang Mountain of Tang Township, Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. MCC3 will take charge of the rotary excavation cast-in-place pile works of 6 buildings in the Phase I Residence Plot No. 1 and 2 Project. The piles have a diameter of 800 mm to 1400 mm and an expected amount of 821.
Evergrande Children’s World takes China’s history, masterpieces, myths and legends, as well as the classic fairytales and legends of ancient Greece, ancient Egypt, ancient Arabia and Western Europe, integrates the quintessence of Chinese and foreign civilizations into a huge variety of scientific and technological amusements, and specially creates a fully indoor, all-weather and all-season internationally advanced fairytale and legend theme park. Upon completion, it will radiate throughout the Yangtze River Economic Zone, attracting an estimated annual tourist amount of over 15 million person-times.
