From December 10th to 11th, MCC Vice President and MCC Group Asset Management Company Chairman Qu Yang visited the MCC17 Group to conduct an investigation and survey; he also investigated and surveyed Phase I of the Caishi Ancient Town Project undertaken by the MCC Real Estate (Anhui) Company.
In the afternoon of the 10th, Qu Yang held an informal discussion with the leading body of MCC17, heard a work report on the enterprise's top-level design, market exploitation, project management, scientific and technological innovation, talent team construction and so on, and proposed three requirements for the work of MCC17's next step: first, continue giving full play to a leading role of science and technology, activating scientific and technological resources and promoting the innovative development of the enterprise; second, adopt new models to adapt to new situations, solve new problems and boost the enterprise's development quality; and third, further standardize the enterprise's bidding and purchasing activities, increase its strength in clearing up debts and maintain the stability of its development.
Qu Yang pointed out that MCC17 has enjoyed rapid and forceful development momentum in recent years and a remarkable effect on its transformation and upgrading; in particular, it has achieved decent performance in PPP projects and emerging industries. He hopes that MCC17 closely surrounds the new strategic positioning of being the 'national team of metallurgical construction, the main force of infrastructure and the pacesetter of emerging industries, insisting on taking the road of high-tech construction in the long term', fully carries forward the simple yet profound MCC spirit of 'Never delaying and never slacking', and plans a new development chapter yet again.
In the morning of the 11th, the delegation led by Qu Yang visited Phase I of the Caishi Ancient Town Project to conduct an investigation and survey, learned about the its commercial activity functions, planning operations and present investment attraction situation in detail, and gave his affirmation to the present construction progress of the project. He hopes that MCC17 will give full play to its advantages and specialties in design and construction to build and operate a boutique project, creating an independently-owned enterprise brand in the fields of cultural tourism products and characteristic small towns.
